Expanding Your Sponsorship Opportunities on Twitch
One of the most rewarding parts of growing your channel on Twitch is the opportunity to earn more money through sponsorships. To make it easier than ever to connect more streamers with the brands looking for your talent, we’re introducing a sponsorships tab directly within your Creator Dashboard. Available today, this section is launching with two features, Creator Profile and StreamElements partnership, that are designed to help you make professional connections and boost your revenue—all with less work on your end. And this is just the beginning, with more sponsorship updates to come.
Show sponsors you’re open for business with a Creator Profile
Brands want to know what you’re all about. What are your interests? What do you like to stream? To make yourself more discoverable to potential sponsors, we encourage all Partners globally to fill out the new Creator Profile, located in your dashboard. With this brand new professional showcase of your channel, you’re more likely to attract opportunities that genuinely align with your content and personality.

This profile is yours to use on and off Twitch. In a few weeks, it’ll be a downloadable infographic, so you can share it with any potential sponsor off of Twitch too. Setting up your profile early means you’ll be ready for opportunities as new advertisers join our sponsorships ecosystem. We’ve collaborated with over 70 brands as part of our Beta program and are continuing to sign up more advertisers. When brands express interest in working with you, you’ll see an opportunity within your sponsorships dashboard. Remember to turn on your sponsorships notifications so you don’t miss out!
We gave several Twitch Ambassadors an early look at the Creator Profile. We think /ChaoticGabz said it best: “It’s amazing. Great addition and something we (creators) truly needed.”
Find new opportunities with our StreamElements partnership
To bring you even more immediate opportunities too, we’re working with StreamElements as our first partner to show you sponsorship offers right from your dashboard. Partners can check this out now, and Affiliates will unlock access on March 11.
Here’s how it works: To review and accept the sponsorship, you’ll be directed to StreamElements. You’ll then see the payout you can receive upon agreeing to StreamElements terms and successfully completing the sponsorship campaign. Your payouts will then be handled through StreamElements, separate from your Twitch payout. And you’ve got support: StreamElements will provide customer service for any questions or issues related to their campaigns..
If you’re already a StreamElements user, some opportunities may be similar to what you’ve previously seen. Our goal is to highlight more fresh and relevant options as they evolve. Partners and Ambassadors can check out campaigns in English, German, and French. When it becomes available to Affiliates on March 11, we’re starting with campaigns in English. We’ll expand to more languages within the next few weeks and months, and we’ll notify you in your dashboard when it’s available.
Expanding options, not replacing them
Both of these features are new and are meant to complement the current ways you pursue sponsorships, not replace. It’s important to offer on-Twitch options for more convenience and visibility, but if you have preferred ways of working with brands, including using StreamElements directly, you’re free to do what suits your needs best. Creator Profile will be directly visible to brands who join our ecosystem, and you’ll be able to download yours to pursue opportunities outside of Twitch.
Upcoming features and enhancements
Bringing more sponsorship opportunities to more creators is an ongoing priority at Twitch and we have a lot more planned for this year. Here’s a look at some recent releases you may have missed, as well as a peek at a few upcoming updates:
- In December, we expanded Drops to give viewers another perk for buying subscriptions. Folks can now unlock Drops by purchasing subscriptions to participating channels during a Drops campaign. And yes, everyone can still collect them by watching, as always. To participate as a streamer, opt-in to campaigns by visiting your dashboard. And viewers, you can check out campaigns currently live here.
- In the coming months, we’re moving Bounty Board into the Sponsorships dashboard, enabling opt-in style campaigns for all Partners globally. It’ll be available to more streamers than ever before.
- We’ll continue updating sponsorship placements—such as channel skins—to be even more visually integrated with your stream.
