The Mod Love Competition Begins… NOW!
Moderators are just the best. From keeping chat safe to welcoming new community members, they play a crucial role in growing the channels you love.
Today is day one of the Mod Love Competition. If you’re a Partner or an Affiliate and you have a Mod you think is amazing, this is your chance to nominate them and sing their praises to the entire Twitch community. The Grand Prize winner, who we’ll draw at random and announce on March 31, will receive two paid trips of $2500 — one for the nominated Mod, one for the creator — with three-day passes to TwitchCon San Diego on October 7-9!
There’s plenty of love to go around, so 100 more Mods will be chosen as second place winners and will receive $250 in Twitch gift cards.
How to Nominate Your Mod
To enter your Mod into the competition, record a quick video and show them some love. Your video should be no longer than three minutes in length and must address these points:
- Why are Mods so important?
- How has your Mod contributed to your stream and your community?
- Is there anything you’d like to say to your Mod?

Mod Appreciation Day Is Coming
We’ll announce the winners during a special Mod Appreciation Day video on March 31. Creators, make sure to mark your calendars so you can shout out all your Mods for being amazing members of your community!
