Twitch Crates Gear Giveaway
Starting today, when you purchase a game or in-game content on Twitch for $4.99 or more, you’ll get a Twitch Crate. But also, from now through 11:59 pm PT on May 1st, 2017, when you receive a Twitch Crate, you’ll earn a chance to win great prizes in the Twitch Crates Gear Giveaway.
When you make a qualifying purchase, we’ll send you an email with a link to enter one of four weekly drawings, plus the Grand Prize drawing to win over $500 worth of pro streaming equipment. You can also enter for a chance to win with no purchase necessary (details below).

How to enter:
You must be a legal US resident and be 18 or older to enter. Each time you purchase a game or in-game content on Twitch for $4.99 or more, you qualify for another invitation to enter. We’ll send you an email with a link to an entry form after your purchase. The invitation will be sent to the email address linked to the Twitch account used to make your purchase, so watch your inbox for that entry email. You can also enter with no purchase necessary by following the instructions on this page. What do I have to do to qualify for the sweepstakes?
A: Entry is limited to legal U.S. residents who are 18 or older. To qualify for online entry, you must make a qualifying purchase of $4.99 or more on Twitch between 11:00 am PT on April 4, 2017 and 11:59 pm on May 1, 2017 using a valid email address. What are the steps for entry?
A: There are two ways to enter.
Online Entry
Immediately after making your qualifying purchase on Twitch, you will receive an email confirming your order. That “Order Confirmation Email” will come from Amazon.com and go to the address associated with your Amazon account. Within seven of business days you will receive an “Invitation Email” from Twitch, including details about the sweepstakes and a link to the online entry form. This invitation will go to the address associated with your Twitch account. Simply click the entry link on the invitation email and follow the instructions to enter. For your entry to be valid, you must include the email address used for your qualifying purchase (the one that is linked to your Twitch account) AND the unique Order ID found on your Order Confirmation Email.
Mail-In Entry

What if I didn’t get an invitation to enter after making my Twitch purchase?
A: Don’t forget the invitation email will be sent to the address associated with your Twitch account, which may not be the same as the one associated with your Amazon account. Be sure your spam filter is off, and check your Junk Email and/or Spam folders to make sure the invitation to enter didn’t get nabbed. Also, keep in mind that invitations will be sent every few days so you may not receive it right away.
If it’s not in your Spam folder and it hasn’t arrived within three business days then send an email with the subject line “Twitch Crates Gear Giveaway Missing Invitation” to geargiveaway@twitch.tv. Be sure to include your full name, address, Order ID, the email address used for purchase, and the date you made the qualifying purchase. We must receive your email by May 5, 2017.
How many times can I enter?
A: You can enter as many times as you like, either by making a purchase of $4.99 or more on Twitch and submitting an online entry or by using the alternate method of entry described on this page. If you meet the eligibility requirements in the Official Rules, each qualifying purchase you make scores you an invitation to submit one entry into the sweepstakes. That means if you purchase 10 games you’ll get 10 invitations to enter. Just be sure to enter each time using the link on the invitation email, be sure to list your unique Order ID, and the email address to which that entry was sent on your entry form. Did we mention that as a bonus you’ll get to open a Twitch Crate for every qualifying purchase!?
What is the final date I can make a qualifying purchase and still enter online?
A: The Purchase Window is 11:00 am PT on April 4, 2017 through 11:59 pm PT on May 1, 2017. Online entries will be collected through 11:59 pm PT on May 5, 2017.
What are the entry periods?
Non-winning entries submitted during any Entry Period will not be included in subsequent Entry Period drawings. However, after the final Entry Period ends we’ll draw the grand prize winner from all eligible non-winning entries received during the program.
Do I have to enter during the Entry Period for which I made my purchase?
A: No, you can enter anytime during the Sweepstakes Period as long as you have a valid Order ID. However, each Order ID can only be used one time.
If I win, how will I be notified?
A: This is an important question! Potential winners will be contacted by a representative of the administrator (Creative Zing Promotion Group) within approximately seven days of the end of each entry period. Be sure the contact info listed on your entry form is accurate, because they’ll send an email with some required paperwork and then they’ll call to follow up. These notices will be time-sensitive, so be sure to keep an eye on your email/voicemail during that time.
When will the winners be announced?
A: Winners may be announced periodically throughout the duration of the sweepstakes. Be sure to watch our Twitter feed, @Twitch, to see who won!
If I win, how will I get my prizes?
A: Your prizes will be delivered to the address on your winner paperwork. It generally takes 4–6 weeks for delivery, but we’ll provide a contact to whom you can reach out for a status update if you get antsy!
I’m not a U.S. resident, but I’m on Twitch. Why can’t I can’t I enter, too?
A: We agree that sucks, and if we could invite all our members to enter we would be thrilled! But unfortunately these types of sweepstakes are heavily regulated around the world, and each government has its own rules and requirements pertaining to programs like this one. We can only allow US residents to enter this promotion, but we are working on expanding the number of international promotions we offer.
