Push notifications for Android are here!

We’re happy to deliver a long-awaited feature for our Android fans: push notifications.

Starting today, you can receive live alerts for any broadcasters you follow. If you already have our Android app, make sure you enable notifications. This can be done via your device’s settings. New users downloading our app for the first time won’t need to do anything at all to get notifications for followed broadcasters.

Change your mind about getting a mobile alert for a specific channel? We’ve made that easier to change in your notification settings on your mobile device. Manage your notifications by tapping the Options cog in the video player.

And, that’s not all. With this release, you can find other improvements as well:

• If you have a tablet, you can chat in landscape mode.

• The search bar is now visible across devices of all size.

To get our latest Android update, visit Google Play or the Amazon Appstore. Please note that push notifications will initially be available to Google Play Store users only.
