PAX East 2015: Frozen Edition
Do you want to build a snowman? PAX East 2015 from snowy Boston, MA, is nearly upon us, and our bodies are ready…to freeze. Freeze. FREEZE! So let’s all group hug and warm each other under the warm glow of the Twitch booth (#9044) lights.
Coming to the show? We’ve got Heroes of the Storm and Vainglory at the booth, new Kappa Cards at the Partner Meet & Greets, a Twitch Town Hall, another epic party (duh), and the latest in Twitch swag technology. Twitch has joined the official Pinny Arcade with our very first pin! Supplies are limited, so we might have to hold some live Survivor GameZ to see who walks away with one. (We hear Lirik isn’t coming, so he can’t repeat his six-second death.)
Watching from home? We got you, too. You can get in on all the great content from our booth and the two main panel rooms (Main and Albatross) on the official PAX East event page: twitch.tv/event/pax. Oh, and make sure to participate in the #PAXPort Challenge where we’ve got two bundles of awesome goodies to give away for our at-home fans.

#PAXPort Challenge — Win from Home!
We’ll be given away two bundles, one each per day, on Friday (March 6), Saturday (March 7), and Sunday (March 8). Prizes furnished by our partners Corsair, Turtle Beach, and Super Evil Megacorp.

Overview: At this fourth installment, we’ll gives attendees the opportunity to be heard! This includes how to provide effective feedback to Twitch and pitching suggestions and features to a panel of Twitch experts. Most of the panel will be dedicated to Q&A and Open Mic to get as many people involved as possible. There will also be exclusive Twitch swag for all Town Hall attendees.
Play Heroes of the Storm and Vainglory at the Twitch Booth!
For the first time since Blizzcon, Blizzard’s Heroes of the Storm will be playable by the public. Be one of the first 50 people each day to play to get Twitch’s first-ever Pinny Arcade pin. Giveaways happen daily each morning.
Super Evil Megacorp will demo Vainglory with the chance for players to win a free Hero unlock and raffles for iPad Minis. Limited edition Vainglory & Twitch beanies will also be given away at the Vainglory station.
Partner Meet & Greets and Kappa Cards
There will be daily Meet & Greet autograph sessions from 12:00pm-5:30pm ET with alternating groups of top Twitch Partner broadcasters. Collectible Kappa Cards for attendees taking part in the broadcast signings, which represent the second series of Twitch Partner Trading Cards, will be available while supplies last. The Kappa Starter Pack is also available at the booth.
Turtle Beach Broadcaster Zone Several top Twitch broadcasters — Ellohime, Ms_Vixen, tehMorag, and more — will broadcast live to their own channels from the back of the Twitch booth via the Turtle Beach Broadcaster Zone. See the image above for broadcaster times (represented by the Twitch broadcaster icon and dark text).
PAAARTY!
Fans are invited to attend the Infinite Crisis Presents: Twitch PAX East Party on Friday, March 6, from 9:00pm-2:00am ET. Party goers will be able to mingle with their favorite broadcasters and partake in a host of activities including bowling, billiards, karaoke, and more presented by Infinite Crisis with sponsors XSplit and Turtle Beach. Admission will be based on venue capacity.
