Service Update: Dallas (DFW) POP Upgraded + 300%

As the latest in a series of infrastructure updates, we just completed an upgrade of the Twitch Dallas Point of Presence (POP). This upgrade allows us to serve you with an additional 300% of capacity and accept more ingests (broadcast) through DFW.
