Twitch Integration Comes to Smite with Exclusive Rewards

Hi-Rez Studios is the latest developer to integrate the Twitch Broadcasting SDK into its games, as one-click Twitch broadcasting is now readily available in the god-based MOBA title, SMITE. Not only can you share your SMITE gameplay direct to Twitch, but doing so will net you the exclusive Twitch Ymir cosmetic skin, seen above.

SMITE players who broadcast to Twitch using the integrated SDK will earn in-game prestige levels and rewards with each minute they broadcast.

Tier 1 — Stage Fright 250 Minutes Reward: 250 Favor

Tier 2 — Bit Rate 500 Minutes

Tier 3 — Channel Surfer 1,000 Minutes

Tier 4 — In Vod We Trust 2,000 Minutes

Tier 5 — TwitchMaster 5,000 Minutes reward: Twitch Ymir cosmetic skin

Tier 6 — Ex-Stream Sport 10,000 Minutes

Tier 7 — E-Famous! 100,000 Minutes

Our integration with SMITE also allows players to watch featured SMITE channels directly within the game client itself. For broadcasters, you’ll be able to see how many viewers you have while live, as well as chat with your audience both in the game lobby, as well as within a match.
