New Release Tuesday: Judgment Day Edition

After years of development and much hand-wringing over its details, Crystal Dynamic’s bold Tomb Raider reboot is finally available. Meanwhile, EA relaunches its Sim City brand with a fresh, social take on the series. It’s a dramatic week to be sure, and one that’s giving us some great new games to watch on Twitch.

New Releases for Tuesday, March 5–12

Tomb Raider (PC/PS3/360) — Lara returns in this greatly anticipated, high-budget reboot.

Sim City (PC) — Build the city of your dreams, only this time, with friends.

The Showdown Effect (PC) — Twitch integration means you can stream all your insane shootouts directly to your channel from within the game.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow — Mirror of Fate (3DS) — The Lords of Shadow formula mixes with the, now standard, Metroidvania tropes.

MLB 13: The Show (PS3) — Spoilers: The Giants make it to the World Series.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 (PS3/360) — The people love Naruto, or at least, x4ryuusei does, having just concluded a 14 hour marathon of this sucker!
